As part of the project development and implementation it is important that this also includes reviews. By reviewing the project documents it ensures that the project is fit for purpose, provides a learning opportunity, reaches a target group and also achieves the intended outcomes. It also provides an opportunity to enhance the project by adding different components or removing particular activities. Once the review has been completed the Project Plan will be adjusted accordingly.
