The Road Safe HB Child Restraint Staff have been busy visiting Early Childhood Centres and Playgroups in the Wairoa District. The presentation is focussing on educating the children about always wearing a seatbelt. The message also includes being restrained in a booster seat until 7 years of age.
The child restraint law is going to be changed on November 1st 2013. All children will need to be restrained in a standard approved booster seat. More information will be provided on this website in August 2013.
